Employee Benefits

This optional endorsement provides protection for covered claims of financial damages arising from your administration or oversight of employee benefits programs. The financial damage must be sustained by your past or present employee or their dependent as a result of one or more wrongful acts by your leader or your employee in the administration of your employee benefit program. The event or events causing the financial damage must be undertaken in furtherance of your religious or not-for-profit purposes.
