Directors and Officers

This optional endorsement provides protection for covered claims of financial damage arising out of a decision made by your leaders. The financial damage must arise out of one or more wrongful acts by your leaders as part of their leadership activities and the event or events causing the financial damage must be undertaken in furtherance of your religious or not-for-profit activities.
